The invention relates to a dual-motor, low energy consumption, low carbon, and plane crush resistant passenger helicopter. The helicopter comprises a helicopter body (5), the helicopter body (5) is provided with solar membranes (2), an empennage (3), a rotor (4), a rotor motor (6), a lower fixed wing (7), an upper fixed wing (8), a medium fixed wing (9), a fixed wing shaft (10), an engine compartment (11), a pulling paddle (12), and a fixed wing hydraulic device (13); the empennage (3) is provided with a pushing paddle (1); solar membranes (2) are pasted on the lower fixed wing (7), the upper fixed wing (8), and the medium fixed wing (9); an oil / electric motor (14), a motor (17), and a pillar (16) are arranged in the engine compartment (11); the pushing paddle (1) is connected to the oil / electric motor (14) through a soft shaft (15); and a passenger compartment (19), an air bag (20), a puncture-proof layer (21), and a battery (22) are arranged in the helicopter compartment (18). The puncture-proof layer and the air bag can protect the life safety of passengers. The oblate shape of the helicopter and the three fixed wings can generate a floating force for the helicopter. The wind generated by the rotor and solar energy are two green and costless power sources, thus the oil consumption, carbon discharge, and costs are all reduced, and moreover the flying distance is prolonged at the same time.
