The invention discloses a
continuous flow serpentine micro-channel condensation photo-
thermal coupling catalytic
hydrogen production reaction device, which mainly comprises a micro serpentine flow channel reaction module, a flow meter, a heater, a gas purging device, a
circulating pump, a
heat exchanger and the like. A purpose of the invention is to provide an effective and sustainable micro-reaction device for a novel photo-
thermal coupling catalytic
hydrogen production catalyst. According to the invention, the implementation process of the device mainly comprises: removing the
oxygen in thereaction liquid by using the
inert gas before the reaction through the temperature of the
thermocouple reaction liquid, opening the
circulating pump, feeding the fluid into the serpentine flow channelreaction device, achieving the photo-thermal catalytic
hydrogen production process in the micro-flow channel under the condensation
irradiation of a
xenon lamp and other
simulation light sources, making the generated gas enter the part above the liquid in the
liquid storage bottle under the driving of the
fluid pressure, collecting the gas, and analyzing the gas, wherein the flow in the pipelineand the temperature of the fluid are precisely controlled by the flow meter and the
heat exchanger; and with the device, the continuous
hydrogen production under the photo-
thermal coupling condition is achieved by connecting the devices in series, the operation is convenient, the energy is saved, and the environment is protected.
