The invention relates to a flotation
machine for a laboratory and a flotation method, in particular to an automatic water supplementing flotation
machine for the laboratory and the flotation method of the automatic water supplementing flotation
machine and aims at solving the problems that the flotation index accuracy and the
repeatability of an existing flotation machine for the laboratory are low. The automatic water supplementing flotation machine for the laboratory is composed of an automatic water supplementing
system, a PLC
control system and a small flotation machine for the laboratory. The automatic water supplementing
system comprises a square trough, a flow stabilizing plate, two constant liquid level plates, a water pump, a valve, a one-way valve, a water pump valve and a flotation trough valve. The PLC
control system comprises a
central processing unit (CPU), a memory, an input interface, an output interface, a
programmer, an
actuator and a PLC control panel. The flotation method comprises the steps that firstly, instructions are input to the PLC
control system; secondly, the automatic water supplementing
system is connected; and thirdly, the procedures are carried out according to a set sequence, and a whole flotation experiment process is completed on the prompt of a voice broadcast function. The automatic water supplementing flotation machine and the flotation method are mainly used for flotation in the laboratory.
