The invention discloses a variable seeding
control system and method based on a
pressure sensor. An acceleration sensor is mounted on a seeding tank; the
pressure sensor is installed at the lower port of the seeding tank; an actual seeding rate is calculated by detecting
weight change of the seeding tank through data fusion among the sensors; after comparing the actual seeding rate and a required seeding rate, when a difference value appears between the actual seeding rate and the required seeding rate, the rotation speed of a driving motor for a seeding device is adjusted automatically to control the difference value between the actual seeding rate and the required seeding rate within a relatively
small range and meet seeding uniformity, thereby preventing detection precision reduction caused by seeding manners of the seeding
machine and a seed falling process; and the motor is faintly adjusted by using a fuzzy adjustment unit, so that error accumulation caused by calculating the size of the adjustment speed by using an empirical equation between the seeding rate and the rotation speed is prevented. The
system is simple in structure, can well detect the seeding rate under a vibration environment, is low in cost, and has very good popularization prospects.
