When an ionization section is taken out of a main body housing of a conventional air cleaner in order to wash the ionization section, an ionization line may be cut by being accidentally touched. In order to avoid this problem, a pre-filter (7) is mounted on a front surface of an ionization and dust collection unit (6) so as to be detachable. The pre-filter (7) is slidably guided by guide furrings (23) in a sub-frame (12), and is mounted on a front surface of the sub-frame (12). When the pre-filter (7) is mounted, ionization lines (15) are not exposed, so that the pre-filter (7) protects the ionization lines (15). When the ionization and dust collection unit (6) is detached from the main body housing, therefore, there is no problem that the ionization lines (15) might be cut by being accidentally touched with worker's hands, for example.

Combined type electric deduster

The existing electric deduster at home and abroad has the defects that a design structure is reasonable; faults are produced frequently; and especially, heteropole separation distance errors are difficult to be controlled in installation construction and thus the heteropole separation distance errors largely exceed the standard frequently so that applied secondary voltage is greatly insufficient and it is influenced that dedusting efficiency reaches the standard. Aiming at the defects, the invention provides a combined type electric deduster. The combined type electric deduster is a combined type dust collecting device. A corona discharging pole wire and an anode plate are assembled accurately outside a box body of the combined type electric deduster and then internal parts of the combined type electric deduster are installed. Therefore, assembling errors can be limited to a minimal value; an anode plate dust collecting area is greatly improved simultaneously; a complex cathode wire framework suspension installation system and a complex cathode rapping ash removal device are left out so that sources of faults produced frequently are eliminated; and smoke dust emission concentration of the combined type electric deduster is reduced a value of 1 to 0mg/Nm<3>. The technology of the combined type electric deduster is suitable for large, middle and small electric dedusters.

Flue gas treatment device

An embodiment of the invention discloses a flue gas treatment device. According to the flue gas treatment device, a wet-type electric precipitator and a flue gas heater are integrated in an integrated flue shell, and the occupied area of the wet-type electric precipitator and the flue gas heater which are integrated together is smaller than the occupied area of the wet-type electric precipitator and the flue gas heater which are arranged separately. In addition, because the integrated flue shell does not have a bidirectional filtering flue, the flue gas flowing uniformity is high, flow equalizing orifice plates are not required to be arranged in the flue, resistance of flue gas is low, power consumption of a fan is reduced, and the efficiency of a power plant is improved.

Uniform partition in the precipitator can be realized, the cathode system and the anode system are produced in a modularized manner; the self-supporting structure does not need to occupy land and has no influence on the mounting and the overhauling of the original absorption tower; the effective dust collection area is increased, and the dust removal efficiency is improved.
