information system and a digitized information method for remotely and comprehensively monitoring urban inspection wells. The digitized
information system comprises a plurality of anti-theft inspection well covers,
wireless network nodes, a
general packet radio service (GPRS) module and a digitized
information system center, wherein the anti-theft inspection well covers are in
remote communication connection with the digitized information
system center through the
wireless network nodes and the GPRS module. The environment information of the inspection wells and the states of the well covers are acquired in real time through
wireless terminal nodes and then uploaded to the digitized information
system center; and in case that the well covers are thieved and damaged, correlative departments or managers can be timely informed in an acousto-optic alarm and short-message mode, the well covers can be remotely controlled, and the problems of potential safety
hazard of people and vehicles and loss of underground cables and equipment caused by theft or damage of the inspection well covers are solved. Meanwhile, by publishing the monitored inspection well data through web,
data sharing is realized, an integrated comprehensive
information management platform for inspection,
processing and supervision is constructed, the level of digitized
urban construction is improved, and urban image and urban competitiveness are improved.
