The invention proposes a network analyzer source power calibration method introducing matching correction, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, resetting a vector network analyzer; 2, carrying out the single-port calibration, and obtaining a directivity error coefficient, a source matching error coefficient and a reflection tracking error coefficient; 3, enabling a port i to be connected to a power meter; 4, recording a set value of source power and the reading of the power meter; 5, calculating a source correction factor; 6, connecting a tested part, and obtaining a real reflection coefficient of the tested part; 7, correcting the source power of the network analyzer through the reflection coefficient of the tested part; 8, completing the correction. According to the invention, the method eliminates the error of mismatching between a source and a power probe, eliminates the port mismatching error in a testing process of the tested part, improves the calibration precision, and improves the testing accuracy of a power sensitive device.
