32 results about "Perinone" patented technology

Perinone is a class of organic compounds. The parent compound has two isomers, each of which are useful pigments. It is prepared from naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride by condensation with o-phenylenediamine. The two Isomers of perinone are useful pigments. The trans isomer is called Pigment Orange 43 ("PO43", CID 78141 from PubChem) and the cis isomer is called Pigment Red 194 ("PR194", CID 77892 from PubChem). Like some structurally related compounds perinone is also an organic semiconductor.

Polybenzazole fiber and use thereof

The present invention relates to polybenzazole fibers or filaments, staple fibers, spun yarns, and woven or knitted fabrics containing in themselves an organic pigment having heat resistance as high as a thermal decomposition temperature of 200° C. or higher, and soluble in a mineral acid and having group(s) of —N=and / or NH— in the molecule, such as any of perinones and / or perylenes, any of phthalocyanines, any of quinacridones, and any of dioxazines, wherein they have a strength retention of 50% or higher when exposed to light from a xenon lamp for 100 hours and having a tensile strength retention of 85% or higher after exposed to an atmosphere of a temperature of 80° C. and a relative humidity of 80% for 700 hours. The polybenzazole fibers or filaments, staple fibers, spun yarns, and woven or knitted fabrics can be used for cords for reinforcing rubber, sheets and rods for reinforcing cement / concrete, composite materials, sail clothes, ropes, knife proof vests and bullet proof vests.

Aqueous ink, ink cartridge, and ink jet recording method

ActiveUS20170037267A1Suppress in ejection propertyInksPrintingPolyolPerylene
An aqueous ink for use in an ink jet recording method in which ink is thermally ejected from a recording head to record an image on a recording medium. The aqueous ink includes zirconium oxide; a pigment; a resin dispersant for the pigment; and a first and a second urethane resin. The content (ppm) of the zirconium oxide in terms of zirconium is 0.5-20.0 ppm based on the total mass of the ink. The pigment is at least one of phthalocyanine, quinacridone, diketopyrrolopyrrole, dioxazine, perinone, perylene and anthraquinone pigments. Each of the first and second urethane resins has a unit derived from a polyether polyol. The ratio of the weight-average molecular weight Mw1 of the first urethane resin to the weight-average molecular weight Mw2 of the second urethane resin is 0.20-0.80 times. The second urethane resin has a weight-average molecular weight Mw2 of 20,000-70,000.

White light emitting material and method of preparation and uses thereof

The instant invention is related with new perimidine derivatives synthesized via direct condensation between naphthalene-1,8-diamine and itaconic or citraconic anhydrides at low temperature. The targeting itaco-perinone (IP) molecule formed via double low temperature cyclization has fluorescence properties emitting white light intensively. Besides, 9-methylene-8H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]perimidin-10(9H)-one is copolymerizable with several kind of organic monomer compounds via free radical mechanism maintaining the ability to emit white light even within the polymer film.
