wall shear force before and after the implantation of the aneurysm model, conducting comparing at a contraction peak, and outputting a preoperative
blood flow model and a postoperative
blood flow model; exporting a postoperative numerical value according to the postoperative
blood flow model, and calculating the ratio of the surface area of the aneurysm orifice to the residual circumferential surface area of the corresponding
parent artery; and exporting parameters according to the preoperative blood flow model and the postoperative blood flow model, and evaluating the postoperative
score according to the parameters and the ratio. According to the method, postoperative prediction and evaluation can be carried out before the intracranial aneurysm operation, and reliable and effective auxiliary judgment is provided for doctors.
