The method comprises the steps of planting germplasm resources of rice and barnyard grass; selecting the rice and the barnyard grass, and acquiring spectral data through a hyperspectral imaging system; taking the spectral data as a model input variable, performing image calibration and image processing through computer software to obtain the average reflectivity ofthe whole leaf, and after signal denoising, selecting a special spectrum to build a discrimination model; and carrying hyperspectral imaging equipment by an unmanned aerial vehicle to collect spectral data of a large-area rice zone, and finally calculating the occurrence rate of the barnyard grass to evaluate the harm degree. The barnyard grass of the rice field is identified by adopting the hyperspectral imaging technology; by utilizing a difference characteristic of the rice and the barnyard grass, the barnyard grass and the rice are distinguished; six main wave spectral characteristics arescreened, so that the calculation is reduced and the accuracy is up to 98.1%; and an unmanned aerial vehicle carrying technology can be used for carrying out high-altitude operation, so that a spectral data result can be rapidly and non-destructively acquired in a large-area manner.

Composite herbicide and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a composite herbicide, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5 to 60 percent of oxadiazon, 3 to 50 percent of oxyfluorfen, 5 to 70 percent of butachlor, 1 to 20 percent of auxiliaries, and 5 to 80 percent of solvent or carrier. A preparation method of the composite herbicide comprises the following steps: putting the oxadiazon and the oxyfluorfen technical into a preparation kettle; adding the solvent to dissolve the oxadiazon and the oxyfluorfen technical while stirring; sequentially adding the butachlor, the auxiliaries and the solvent; and uniformly stirring to obtain an emulsifiable solution product. The composite herbicide has the advantages that: the oxadiazon, the oxyfluorfen and the butachlor belong to different types of herbicideswith different functions and characteristics, prevent weeds from generating drug resistance after compounded, have complementary advantages to enlarge the range of weed control, in particular to noxious weeds difficult to control insects, and can postpone and control the drug resistance of weeds and succession of weed community in the field; and the herbicide composition has good safety to plantsand afterreap crops.
