Further, compositions and methods are provided for differentiating midbrain fate FOXA2+LMX1A+TH+ dopamine (DA) neurons from human pluripotent stem cells for use in disease modeling, in particular Parkinson's disease. The device uses the lifting pump to control the curved telescopic tube to retract so that the laying plate is moved to a desired position, and the patients sit on the seat plate to practice getting up; by setting the upper limb training device, on the one hand, arm stretching is exercised, on the other hand, the flexibility of knuckles is exercised; by setting the turntables, muscle groupsof patient shoulders are exercised; leg stretching is exercised by setting the lower limb training device.
