Two ends of the anti-bending device are provided with limiting stressed plates; one end of the core plate is provided with a tensile device consisting of stiffening plates, tensile limiting plates and compression-resistant limiting plates; the middle of a yield section of the core plate is arranged in the anti-bending device, and one end of the core plate is welded with one end of the anti-bending device; the other end of the core plate, which is provided with the tensile device, and the anti-bending device can relatively slide, and the inner sides of the compression-resistant limiting plate and the limiting stressed plate at the end are respectively provided with a rubber bumper; and the outer surface of the core plate, which is matched with the anti-bending device, is provided with the isolating material. After the novel support seismic energy dissipator is deformed to some extent, the rigidity is improved through the anti-bending device, and a support is prevented from constantly deforming or collapsing under the action of a large earthquake; the variable cross-section times of the core plate is reduced, so that the core plate is convenient to process, the sizes of the core plate and the anti-bending device are reduced through the stiffening plates, the material consumption and dead weight are reduced, the structure is optimized and the cost is reduced.
