chip disclosed by the invention, multiple functions of bacterial biofilm culturing, biofilm fluorescent observation, biofilm impedance monitoring and the like can be realized, the micro-fluidic chip can be applied to biofilm formation process observation and monitoring,
medicine and biofilm interaction process on-line in-situ monitoring, bacterial biofilm inhibitor screening and the like; and the multi-functional chip has the
advantage of detecting the changes of the biofilm in an in-situ nondestructive real-time online manner, and can analyze the action situation of different medicines on different bacterial biofilms, and then the high-efficiency screening of the biofilm inhibitor is realized.
