The invention discloses a high-tensile-strength full-biodegradation garbage bag production process. The process includes the following steps of S01, drying starch and processing the starch through a coupling agent in a high-speed mixer, and putting the starch in an oven to be dried again; S02, putting PLA and PBAT in a vacuum drying box to be dried; S03, stirring and mixing the starch dried and coupled in the step S01 and the PLA and PBAT dried in the step S02; S04, adding mixed particles obtained in the step S03 into a twin-screw extruder to be extruded and granulated; S05, conducting vacuumdrying on granules obtained in the step S04; S06, adding the granules dried in the step S05 into a garbage bag film blowing machine for blow molding; S07, conducting cooling and side pressing on plastic films obtained in the step S05; S08, adding the plastic films into a bag machine to produce required products. By means of the process, starch can be modified, and the produced garbage bags are high in tensile strength and easy to degrade.
