A pin of an electrode piece passes through the guide hole, extends along the guide structure, and is electrically connected to a connection pad of a circuit board. As a result, the pin of the electrode piece can be effectively guided, and a free end of the pin can be disposed on the connection pad of the circuit board. By adopting the above design, not only are wires in the prior art omitted, but also electric connection structures and electric connection programs between the circuit board and a plurality of batteries are simplified, so that the production cost is reduced, and working hours for assembling the battery module are saved.

The colloid is used for adhering the conductive terminals and the carrier, so that the conductive terminals are convenient to transport before the conductive terminals are fixed on the circuit board and difficult to fall down during transportation; furthermore, elements, such as an insulation body, are not needed; and therefore, a structure for electrically connecting an electronic element and the circuit board is simplified, and the method is operated easily, conveniently and quickly.
