The invention discloses a universal pipeline hydraulic
system and an
excavator, and belongs to the field of hydraulic
excavator equipment. The universal pipeline hydraulic
system comprises a
gear pump, a
pilot valve, a one-way electric proportional pressure reducing valve, a
pilot operated directional control valve in pipeline connection with the one-way electric proportional pressure reducing valve, a multifunctional tool and an
electric control reversing valve, wherein the multifunctional tool and the
electric control reversing valve are in pipeline connection with the
pilot operated directional control valve and connected in series through a pipeline. The one-way electric proportional pressure reducing valve comprises a one-way electric proportional pressure reducing valve body I and a one-way electric proportional pressure reducing valve body II, and the one-way electric proportional pressure reducing valve body I and the one-way electric proportional pressure reducing valve body II are connected between the
pilot valve and the pilot operated directional control valve in parallel. The
pilot valve, the one-way electric proportional pressure reducing valve body I, the one-way electric proportional pressure reducing valve body II, the
electric control reversing valve and the pilot operated directional control valve are provided with valve ports correspondingly so as to be connected with a hydraulic
oil tank through pipelines. According to the universal pipeline hydraulic
system, the number of hydraulic system pipelines specially arranged for meeting parameter requirements of different multifunctional tools is effectively reduced, the number of special control systems for matching with the multifunctional tools is reduced, and the repairing difficulty is greatly lowered.
