The transfer stations (4) of the two workshops are connected together by an overhead cableway (2). Roads (4) are between the two workshops. In the collocation method, the workshops are connected into one whole by the transfer stations and by the overhead cableway; goods are transported to required workshops by air transportation; in this manner, the layout is compact, thus saving region land area, paving area of roads, laying length of pipenetworks, and the transportation of the goods is not restricted by road grade.
