pipe of the homogenizing tank communicate with each other through arc-shaped communication pipes with different lengths, water earliest entering the arc-shaped communication pipes through the water inlet
pipe can reach the water outlet pipe latest, and water latest entering the arc-shaped communication pipes through the water inlet pipe can reach the water outlet pipe earliest. According to the
system, by arranging the homogenizing tank, the catalytic reaction tank and the
girt removal basin, the basic dye
wastewater is fully homogenized in the homogenizing tank and fully reacts with
hydrogen peroxide under the action of a catalyst in the catalytic reaction tank, precipitates are generated in the
girt removal basin,
purified water is discharged, the advantages of being easy to operate, mild in condition, low in cost and
energy consumption, not capable of generating secondary
pollution and the like are achieved, the common basic dye wastewater in the printing and
dyeing industry can be efficiently treated, and neutral and acidic wastewater also can be treated.
