A can body is fixed onto the base; a garbage inner container placing platform is arranged in the can body; four garbage cans are arranged above the garbage inner container placing platform; a can body rotating power system is arranged below the garbage inner container placing platform and used for driving the garbage inner container placing platform to rotate; a throwing opening corresponding to an opening of each garbage can is formed in the upper part of the can body; a support is fixedly connected onto the can body; the AI camera located above the throwing opening is fixed to the end, away from the can body, of the support; and the garbage can box cover mechanism is arranged on the can body and used for opening or closing the throwing opening. Through intelligent throwing, interaction with a garbage discarding person can be achieved, and the garbage discarding person can be helped to learn garbage classification.
