Headlight Control Apparatus for Automobile

The present invention provides a headlight control apparatus which suppresses a feeling of strangeness given to a driver of an own vehicle by hunting due to reflector light while preventing a preceding vehicle and an on-coming vehicle from being dazzled, based on a video image obtained by a camera. The headlight is controlled by detecting the position of a light spot in the image captured by the camera to perform irradiation with a pattern which reduces the light quantity of a certain area above the detected light spot. Thereby, even if hunting occurs due to the reflector light, the irradiation light quantity of an entire irradiation area of the headlight does not vary, but only the irradiation light quantity for a partial area above a reflector varies, and therefore, the feeling of strangeness given to the driver can be suppressed.

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing light diffusion sheets. The invention is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps of (1) manufacturing an imprint die core with at least one microlens structure; (2) designing computer-based imprint control programs, imprint parameters and pattern files; (3) imprinting the die core of the step (1) on a substrate to be imprinted in a first imprint work position according to the control programs and the pattern files of the step (2), by using hot nanoimprint or ultraviolet-imprint lithography, to obtain the relevant number of concave micro-lenses on the substrate; (4) chaining the position of the imprint die core relative to the imprinted substrate according to the imprint parameters until the next imprint work position; (5) repeating the steps (3) and (4) until all the imprint procedures are completed. The invention can directly imprint concave micro-lenses on the substrate by hot nanoimprint or ultraviolet-imprint lithography, allows the light dispersion layer to be integrated with the substrate as a whole, avoids the problems of unstable adhesion, poor diffusion effect due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient and physical deformation, and efficiently improves the performance of light diffusion sheets.

Lamp fixture

An improved lamp fixture with anti-glare function is disclosed, which comprises: a lamp; a light source; and a light-control unit, composed of a semi-Fresnel microstructure and a light-control microstructure; wherein the light source and the light-control unit are mounted on the lamp; and the semi-Fresnel microstructure is used for diffusing / collimating light of the light source while the light-control microstructure is used for controlling the resulting lighting angle. With the aforesaid lamp fixture, not only glare can be prevented, but also uniformity of the lamp fixture is improved.
