A continuous Liquid-Solids Circulating Fluidized Bed (LSCFB) preferably for use as an ion exchanger consists of two fluidized bed columns, a fluidized bed adsorber (downer) operating in conventional fluidized bed mode for adsorption of ions of interest and a fluidized bed riser for desorption of ions (operating as a riser fluidized bed) to provide regenerated particles. Ion exchange particles circulate continuously between the riser and the downer i.e. the particles that have adsorbed ions in the absorber pass from the adsorber (downer) to the desorber where they are regenerated and the so regenerated particles are return to the adsorber near the top of the adsorber column. The LSCFB can be used in processes for continuous recovery of the ions of interest.

A ventilation system for use with a cooking appliance to maintain an atmospheric pressure balance existing within an enclosed space surrounding the cooking appliance. A hood establishes a three-dimensional and interiorly recessed configuration and which is supported above the appliance. A filter within the hood communicates with a vacuum driven exhaust extending from the enclosed space. A supply plenum secures in downwardly and opposing fashion relative to a side of the cooking appliance. An air intake communicates the supply plenum with an exterior environment, the plenum including a perforated plate mounted to an inside face thereof in proximity to a bottom closed edge of said plenum and in order to introduce intake air to a side location of the appliance in order to equalize internal pressure and to facilitate upward movement of heated air from the appliance.

Method for welding plate by laser deep penetration fusion based on prefabricated flow channel

The invention relates to a method for welding a plate by laser deep penetration fusion based on a prefabricated flow channel. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, providing a first workpiece and a second workpiece to be butted; step 2, accurately butting the first workpiece and the second workpiece; step 3, providing a welding workbench, and placing a copper plate on the surface of the welding workbench; step 4, accurately butting the first workpiece and the second workpiece by using a welding clamp and clamping and fixing on the copper plate; step 5, providing an air suction device; step 6, providing a laser welding system; step 7, starting the laser welding system, and enabling a laser beam formed by focusing of a laser welding head to vertically irradiate the surface of theworkpieces; step 8, starting the air suction device; and step 9, after ending laser welding, closing a laser generator and the air suction device, and completing a welding process. The method is capable of, through the prefabricated special flow channel, enabling an internal pressure of a laser deep penetration fusion welding small hole to be balanced and enabling a weld crater to be downwards flowed, and effectively avoiding formation of weld spatter and a weld joint of a nail head.

Precast brick clamping type lifting device

Disclosed is a precast brick clamping type lifting device. A first clamping frame is fixedly installed on a lifting mechanism of a forklift and connected with a second clamping frame through a hydraulic telescopic mechanism. The first clamping frame and the second clamping frame are each fixedly provided with a plurality of antiskid pieces. According to the precast brick clamping type lifting device, a lifting mechanism of a forklift in the prior art is effectively used, a hydraulic clamping mechanism is installed on the forklift, so that bricks are clamped from the two sides of the stacked precast bricks, and the precast bricks are effectively conveyed, lifted and loaded and are free of damage.
