transmitter, a connecting
control line and a cable bridge are demolished sequentially; a pipeline
system is demolished, specifically,a cooling
water pipe, a lubricating oil
pipe and an instrument air
pipe are demolished; a
coupling is demolished; a compressor, a main motor, an
oil tank and a cooler are demolished synchronously; and finally, an air inlet, an exhaust opening, a water inlet and a draining opening of the cooler are all sealed, wherein the air inlet and the exhaust opening are subjected to
nitrogen sealing. According to the protective demolition method, the large
oxygen turbine compressor unit is demolished through the six steps, the core parts are protected in a pointed mode, thus equipment integrity and cleanliness are effectively ensured, the cleaning
workload during re-construction installation is substantially decreased, and the protective demolition method is a new demolition technology of the large
oxygen turbine compressor unit.
