Due to the fact that the clamping components are arranged on the fixing ring and the bearing and inserting ring, larger arcs can be formed by the clamping components and the fixing ring and the bearing and inserting ring, and it is ensured that the force applying range of the bearing and inserting auxiliary device on the inserting opening and the bearing opening is larger and force applying is more uniform in the corrugated pipe bearing and inserting process. The method is conducted by means of the characteristic that the magnetorheological elastomer deforms due to stress, corresponding electricity parameters are measured to obtain the magnitude of the stressed force, meanwhile the characteristic of the magnetorheological elastomer rigidity can be changed through an applied magnetic field, and the stress range of the magnetorheological elastomer is expanded. Real-time and accurate measurement of the cutting resistance is achieved, then output power of the coal cutter can be adjusted in real time according to changes of the cutting resistance, meanwhile the stress range of the cutting resistance sensor is expanded through the method that the magnetorheological elastomer rigidity is adjusted through the applied magnetic field, and the cutting resistance sensor is protected. Therefore, work efficiency of the coal cutter is improved, and the service life of the coal cutter is prolonged.
