The invention discloses a semi-reflective semi-permeable liquid crystal display which comprises a first base plate, a second base plate, a liquid crystal layer, a filter layer, a pixel area, a reflection area and a transmission area, wherein the pixel area is formed by crossing and separating a strobe line and a data line which are positioned on the second base plate, the pixel area is provided with a plurality of sub pixel areas, and sub pixel electrodes are arranged in the sub pixel areas; the reflection area comprises all white sub pixel areas and respective partial areas of a red sub pixel area, a green sub pixel area, a blue sub pixel area, and the reflection area covers a reflection metal layer; and the transmission area comprises the respective partial areas of the red sub pixel area, the green sub pixel area and the blue sub pixel area. The invention further discloses an image display method which comprises two different voltage data processing methods. Through the structure design, the display brightness can be increased, the pixel resolution can be increased, and a user can have a better visual experience in different environmental conditions.

The middle region of the semiconductor substrate is provided with multiple first photosensitive regions, the edge region of the semiconductor substrate is provided with multiple second photosensitive regions, and the size of the second photosensitive regions of the edge region is smaller than that of the first photosensitive regions of the middle regions; the micro lens is located on the semiconductor substrate and includes multiple first micro lenses located in the middle region of the semiconductor substrate and multiple second micro lenses located in the edge region of the semiconductor substrate, the first micro lenses are located above the corresponded first photosensitive regions, the second micro lenses are located above the corresponded second photosensitive regions, and the size of the second micro lenses of the edge region of the semiconductor substrate is larger than that of the first micro lenses of the middle region of the semiconductor substrate. By the aid of the image sensor, the imaging quality of the edge region is improved.

Roof-mounted Solar Modules Integration Device, Solar Power Vehicle and Encapsulation Method for Modules

The present invention provides a roof-mounted solar module integration device, a solar power vehicle and a encapsulation method for modules. The integration device comprises: a substrate in which a through-hole is formed, wherein a front side of the substrate is provided with a first trench, and a reverse side of the substrate is provided with a second trench; a solar module fixed on the front side of the substrate; a plurality of conductive bands arranged in the first trench, wherein a first end of each of the conductive bands is connected with the solar module, and a second end is led out of the through-hole to the reverse side of the substrate; and a bypass diode and an anti-reversion diode which are arranged in the second trench and connected with the second ends of the conductive bands. According to the roof-mounted solar module integration device, the solar power vehicle and the encapsulation method for modules as provided by the present invention, the trenches and the through-hole are formed in the substrate to achieve the arrangement of the bypass diode, the anti-reversion diode and the conductive bands, which solves the problem in the prior art that electrical wiring control is not accurate, thereby increasing the amount of incident light of the solar module, simplifying the process, and improving the accuracy of electrical arrangement.
