The interchannel phase compensation method of the invention is to utilize a micro strip loading high dielectric constant medium which plays a part in cascade connection in the transceiving component. Phase error compensation within the range of 0 to 360 DEG can be realized by selecting different loading media, and the amplitude consistency is not affected.
