The invention discloses inner hexagon
stamping equipment of core bodies of valve cores, and belongs to the technical field of
mechanical equipment. The
stamping equipment comprises a support, the support is provided with an index plate, the index plate is provided with a plurality of
assembly stations, and a feeding device, a detecting device, a
punching device, a chipping removing device, a discharging device and a re-detecting device are sequentially arranged around the
assembly stations in the rotation direction of the index plate. The core bodies are moved to the
assembly stations through the feeding device, the index plate rotates, the detecting device detects whether the core bodies exist, then the
punching device punches inner hexagons in the core bodies, the chipping removing device removes chippings generated in the inner hexagon
stamping process, and finally the core bodies are discharged and collected and return to the feeding position after detected by the re-detecting device. According to the stamping equipment, rotating of the index plate, feeding of the feeding device and operating of the
punching device are driven by one drive device, and control is accurate and simple.
