machine body and a controller; the upper
machine body is provided with an upper electromagnetic attraction plate and a controller, and a camera is installed at the front end of the upper machine body; the lower machine body is provided with a lower electromagnetic attraction plate, a storage battery and an electric
capstan, a camera is installed at the rear end of the lower machine body, a left
drive motor with a left gear and a right
drive motor with a right gear are installed in the lower machine body, the left gear, a left rack, a left spring and a left
universal joint are sequentially connected, the right gear, a right rack, a right spring and a right
universal joint are sequentially connected, and the
tail end of the left
universal joint and the
tail end of the right universal joint are connected to the upper machine body; the cameras, the upper electromagnetic attraction plate, the lower electromagnetic attraction plate, the left
drive motor, the right drive motor, the electric
capstan and the storage battery are electrically connected to the controller. The invention further provides a working method of the patrolling
robot climbing the iron
tower. The patrolling robot can replace workers to
climb the iron
tower, instruments carried by the robot can patrol the iron tower, and the risk is lowered.
