electric energy to electrolyze aluminum, which comprises a
renewable energy source power generation device, wherein the
renewable energy source power generation device is used for supplying
electric energy to a circulating aluminum
powder production device; a circulating aluminum
powder production device, wherein the circulating aluminum
powder production device is used for electrolyzing aluminum
oxide to obtain aluminum powder, and conveying the aluminum powder to an aluminum
hydrogen production device; an aluminum water
hydrogen production device, wherein the aluminum water
hydrogen production device is used for carrying out
hydrogen production reaction on the aluminumpowder to obtain hydrogen and aluminum
oxide,
drying and storing the hydrogen,
drying the aluminum
oxide, and returning the aluminum oxide to the circulating aluminum powder production device for continuous
electrolysis to obtain the aluminum powder; the invention also discloses a method for producing hydrogen from aluminum water, according to the invention, the local
elimination of
renewable energy can be achieved; the transportation efficiency is improved by 10 times by changing
gaseous hydrogen transportation into
solid aluminum transportation, and the
transportation safety is greatly enhanced; the deep
coupling is achieved in the
hydrogen production process and the aluminum
hydroxide decomposition process, so that the
heat energy is fully utilized, and the
power consumption cost of on-site hydrogen production is reduced.
