A binder for papers, photographs, or other sheet-like materials is provided with a cover having one or more window openings defined therein. A flat, transparent protective sheet is located in contact with the inside surface of the binder cover and a backing sheet overlies the protective sheet. The backing sheet is secured to the peripheral margin of the protective sheet, and elsewhere as required, to delineate at least one, and preferably a plurality of pockets. The pockets are formed between the backing sheet and the protective sheet. An elongated slit in defined through the backing sheet behind each pocket created. Photographs or other flat display materials may be inserted into the pockets formed between the backing sheet and the protective sheet through the elongated slits. The method further includes forming a conductive layer to fill the via hole and etching the conductive layer to remove the conductive layer at the pixel region and form a via plug and a conductive pad at the peripheral circuit region. The via plug fills the via hole and the conductive pad protrudes outwardly from the via hole.

The method of forming an electrode of a flat panel display includes forming an electrode material on a substrate; patterning the electrode material to form an electrode pattern; forming an insulating layer with a deposition thickness on the substrate; etching the insulating layer to expose a portion of the electrode pattern; and performing a surface treatment process under the condition that the insulating layer is etched by a predetermined thickness from the deposition thickness.

Compared to a prior art in which one of storage capacitor electrodes is formed side by side with a channel of a thin film transistor, capacitor electrodes formed according to the present invention are located near to a substrate, thereby forming contact electrodes in many times without forming them one time.

A double album of photograph display includes two mirror image portions located on opposite sides of a central web. Each mirror image portion is formed with a stiff, rectangular outer cover panel, an intermediate end panel, and a stiff inner cover panel. The adhesive on the inner face of the cover layer is exposed across the paperless zone on the back side of the paper layer. The thickness of the paper layer prevents the adhesive from contacting a surface abutting the back side of the paper layer in the absence of the application of a threshold level of pressure against the outer face of the cover layer.
