The invention discloses a method and
system for monitoring intelligent
transformer substation
sulfur hexafluoride breaker characteristics. The characteristics of the temperature, the
humidity and the pressure of a
sulfur hexafluoride breaker are monitored, the
sulfur hexafluoride breaker moves when monitored values exceed safety values, collected information is gathered to a centralized control center, and the centralized control center is in
remote communication with an operation and maintenance worker for achieving unattended operation of a
transformer substation. The
system comprises a monitoring device, a monitoring
base station and the centralized control center, the monitoring device comprises a
data acquisition unit, a display unit, a DSP
chip, an alarm unit and a locking unit, the monitoring
base station comprises a master control PC, the DSP
chip is connected with the master control PC through an RS485
communication interface, the monitoring
base station is connected with the centralized control center through a
wireless and mobile
public network or wired optical fibers, and alarming and locking motion point communication teletransmission of the breaker can be achieved; in addition, the monitoring base
station can be connected into a background operation
system to be connected with an upper computer, and therefore real-time monitoring and real-time display are realized.
