The invention discloses a control method for invasive plants and application, especially control on
bidens pilosa L. According to the method,
plant straw is uniformly laid on a ground surface where invasive plants grow in winter; after continuous 30-80 days or spring begins, light-proof airtight materials including a black film and the like are laid to guarantee that the covering rate is 100%; andthe black film continuously covers the
plant straw for 50-70 days or is removed after summer begins. According to the scheme, two ways of
straw covering and film covering are combined in a specific sequence and
specific time to perform stacking continuous covering, and thus, a significant
control effect on
invasive weeds, such as
bidens pilosa L. and the like, is significant; moreover, not only can the
bidens pilosa L. above the ground be eliminated, but also underground rhizomes and seeds thereof can be further killed, inactivated and reduced, so that the
control effect is more lasting; meanwhile,
soil fertility can also be enhanced after the straw, the bidens
pilosa L. and the like decompose; and in addition, by employing the technical scheme of the invention, mechanical weeding is notneeded, labor intensity is low, cost is low, environmental
pollution is not generated, the straw can also be recycled, and the application prospect is good.
