The invention relates to a
pretreatment method for
smelting and extracting harmful substances in a
milk sample in a freezing region, and in particular relates to a
pretreatment method for
smelting and extracting harmful substances in the
milk sample in the freezing region. The
pretreatment method is mainly used for measuring residues of choramphenicols in
infant formula milk
powder, and belongs to the field of
food processing and detection. The method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing a
solid milk
powder sample and adding ultra-pure water or weighing the milk
powder sample, mixing the milk powder sample with an organic extraction
reagent, and performing extraction and oscillation in sequence to obtain treatment liquid; (2) pouring the treatment liquid into a high-pressure freezing extraction kettle, and injecting
ethyl acetate; (3) putting the high-pressure freezing extraction kettle into a refrigerator for freezing or into an ice bath; and (4) taking out the high-pressure freezing extraction kettle, sucking an organic phase on the upper layer, and filtering to obtain filtrate. The pretreatment method for
smelting and extracting the harmful substances in the
milk sample in the freezing region is high in extraction efficiency; interference components can be reduced and even eliminated; furthermore, the method is easy and convenient to operate, and effective detection on the harmful substances in the milk sample is facilitated.
