The invention discloses a subgrade defect identification and polymer grouting fast strengthening method based on a falling weight deflectometer (FWD) and a ground penetrating radar (GPR) non-destruvtive test techniques, which utilizes the FWD and the GPR to detect and evaluate the performance of the subgrade, identify the defect of the subgrade and the position of the defect. The polymeric materials are injected into a road section which needs to treat. After the chemical reaction of the materials, the volume quickly expands and cures, thereby compacting the subgrade, filling the disengaging, removing the seeper tray, and reaching the purpose of quick repair. The method has the advantages of shortcut construction, good durability and strong pertinence, which not only saves large cost and construction period, but also facilitates the environmental protection and resource-saving, and provides a new advanced, high-efficient, economic and practical method for the subgrade defect indentification and strengthening maintenance.
