Pinus massoniana ectomycorrhizal strain coating and preparation and use methods thereof

The invention discloses a pinus massoniana ectomycorrhizal strain coating agent which comprises 5-30 parts of ectomycorrhizal liquid and 5-30 parts of a water-retaining agent, 5-20 parts of an adhesive; 4-8 parts of humus soil; 20 to 50 parts of a growth regulator, and 0.005 to 0.03 part of a growth regulator; and 30-55 parts of water. The invention discloses a preparation method of a pinus massoniana ectomycorrhizal strain coating. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing hypha liquid containing boletus mucilaginosus, colored puffball and lactarius deliciosus, humus soil, gibberellin and an adhesive, slowly adding purified water, continuously stirring, stopping adding water when the mixture is stirred to be sticky, and standing the mixture until the mixture is in a solidified state. The use method comprises the following steps: seed disinfection: preparing 2L of 600-fold liquid from 75% chlorothalonil wettable powder with good adhesion, broad-spectrum sterilization and low toxicity, soaking seeds for 1 hour, and washing the seeds with distilled water for 3 times for later use; seed coating: coating the disinfected seeds for later use and the mixed seed coating agent in a seed coating machine, wherein the mass ratio of the seed coating agent to the seeds is 2: 1. The method has the characteristics of improving seed germination rate, promoting seedling growth and improving seedling resistance.
