system a unique trading identification code is adopted to assist a

mobile phone short messages and the like, and by utilization of a business reputation card device and an Internet, merchant
evaluation result information is issued dynamically. The device is the business reputation card which dynamically issues the merchant business reputations, wherein the business reputation card at least comprises a communication module, a computing information managing module and an electronic displaying unit.
