A liquid
chromatography method for detecting the content of an
olanzapine drug in blood comprises the following steps: calibrating standard solutions by using a liquid chromatograph and an ultravioletdetector, performing fitting to obtain a
standard curve equation y = a*x + b, taking a blood sample to be detected,
processing the blood to be detected, detecting the blood to be detected by using the liquid chromatograph and the
ultraviolet detector to obtain the y value of the blood to be detected, substituting the y value of the blood to be detected into the
standard curve equation, and calculating the concentration of the
olanzapine drug in the blood to be detected. The method combines an external standard technology with
high performance liquid chromatography, and is suitable for high-
throughput sample detection; and a
small particle size column and a low flow rate are adopted to reduce the consumption of an
organic solvent, so the experimental cost is reduced,
environmental protection is achieved, monitoring the
plasma concentration of
olanzapine in a patient during
clinical treatment is facilitated, and an experimental basis is provided for the personalized administration of the
antipsychotic drug olanzapine and the reduction of toxic and side effects.
