Abstract

The lncRNA marker for depression diagnosis provided by the invention consists of TCONS_l2_00001212, NONHSAT102891, TCONS_00019174, ENST00000566208, NONHSAG045500, ENST00000517573, NONHSAT034045 and NONHSAT142707, and the primer sequences of the eight lncRNAs are as shown in SEQ ID NO.1-SEQ ID NO.16; the invention also provides probes for the eight lncRNAs are as shown in SEQ ID NO.17-SEQ ID NO.24. The invention disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that a biomarker for depression and a biomarker for assessing the curative effect of an antipsychotic drug are provided for the first time.
