The invention relates to a medical minimally invasive operation instrument, in particular to a semicircular working sleeve for a single-hole laparoscope. The semicircular working sleeve comprises a
handle and a sheath connected with the
handle, wherein the end face of the
handle is provided with a plurality of channels, an air filling valve and an air
inlet valve; the air filling valve is communicated with an air path of an
inflatable air bag arranged on the
concave surface at the inner side of the sheath; and the air
inlet valve is connected with a
carbon dioxide gas source. The semicircular working sleeve is characterized in that the handle, the sheath and the
inflatable air bag form a semicircular shape. The invention has the advantages that the semicircular design of the end face of the handle increases the area and the space position for placing the plurality of channels, and a plurality of instruments can be put in; the semicircular sheath has small injuries to the
abdominal wall during entering the
abdominal cavity through the
abdominal wall and is beneficial to the healing of an incision, and an instrument activity space is obviously increased; the port of a
silicone tube is covered by an elastic soft material so as to ensure that the semicircular working sleeve for a single-hole laparoscope is easy to enter the incision of the
abdominal cavity and have small resistance; and the end face of the handle forms a fusiform design. The invention can also be applied to operations with larger operation difficulties, such as rear
abdominal cavity operations, front abdominal cavity operations, and the like.
