The invention relates to a magnetorheological-
shape memory alloy hollow ball intelligent vibration
isolator, which mainly comprises an upper
flange, a sealing ring, a conducting wire, a hollow
piston connecting rod, a
magnetorheological fluid, thick-wall and thin-wall
shape memory alloy hollow balls, a working cylinder, an electromagnetic solenoid ring and a lower
flange. The vibration
isolator is characterized in that the upper end of the
piston connecting rod is connected with the upper
flange, and the raised circumference of the lower end of the
piston connecting rod is provided with the electromagnetic solenoid ring which is connected with an external
control power supply by the hollow piston connecting rod through the conducting wire; the
magnetorheological fluid is filled in the working cylinder; four
layers of the thick-wall and thin-wall
shape memory alloy hollow balls are placed at the raised upside and downside of the lower end of the piston connecting rod respectively, and a piston free from a force is suspended in the middle of the working cylinder by adjusting the size of the working cylinder and the wall thickness of the shape memory
alloy balls; and the vibration
isolator is fixed at a position needing to carry out
vibration control through the upper flange and the lower flange. The vibration isolator has the advantages of strong self-resetting capability and vibration isolating capability, simple structure and convenience for mounting and detaching, and still has vibration isolating function under the condition of power failure.
