According to the adhesive tape winding machine provided by the invention, the adhesive tape winding mechanism and the line bundle moving mechanism are driven by a same motor, so that the movement velocity ratio is constant, adhesive tapes are uniformly wound, the energy consumption is low, and the equipment cost is low.
