caliber variable sonic speed pressurizing heat exchange device. The device consists of a front reducing
pipe (1), a steam jet
pipe (2), a tee
pipe (3), a short two-way pipe (4), a long two-way pipe (6), a back reducing pipe (7), a front
mixing chamber (9) and a back
mixing chamber (5), wherein the steam jet pipe is inserted into the tee pipe coaxially; the tee pipe is connected between the front reducing pipe and the short two-way pipe; the long two-way pipe is connected between the short two-way pipe and the back reducing pipe to adjust water
inlet flow and steam-water mixing proportion inside the mixing chambers; and the back
mixing chamber is arranged inside the short two-way pipe and improves the
stream and field state of steam-water mixture through changing circulation section area. Through improving the structures of the mixing chambers, the large-
caliber variable sonic speed pressurizing heat exchange device can effectively improve the
stream and field state of the steam-water mixture so as to ensure that steam-water mixing
mass ratio and pressure ratio inside a
heat exchanger are always in the best state. Moreover, the large-
caliber variable sonic speed pressurizing heat exchange device effectively reduces equipment operation
noise and operation cost and improves heat exchange efficiency and
operation safety. When a steam-water parameter of a
system is changed, dynamic adjustment can be realized through adjusting the positions of nozzles and the mixing chambers.
