static electricity leading-out ITO layer arranged between the first polaroid and the first glass substrate, wherein the first polaroid, the first glass substrate, the first driving ITO layer, the
liquid crystal layer, the second driving ITO layer, the second glass substrate and the second polaroid are sequentially stacked. A notch is formed at the edge of the first polaroid; a firstelectrical connection structure is arranged in an area, corresponding to the notch, of the electrostatic export ITO layer; the circuit unit comprises a
static electricity leading-out circuit board connected with the grounding terminal of the
control circuit board, and the
static electricity leading-out circuit board is connected with a first
electrical connection structure of the static
electricity leading-out ITO layer through a
binding process. According to the invention, the
electrostatic discharge efficiency on the segment code screen can be improved, and the influence on the display effect in the
