High-frequency couplers and coupling techniques are described utilizing artificial composite right / left-handed transmission line (CRLH-TL). Three specific forms of couplers are described; (1) a coupled-line backward coupler is described with arbitrary tight / loose coupling and broad bandwidth; (2) a compact enhanced-bandwidth hybrid ring coupler is described with increased bandwidth and decreased size; and (3) a dual-band branch-line coupler that is not limited to a harmonic relation between the bands. These variations are preferably implemented in a microstrip fabrication process and may use lumped-element components. The couplers and coupling techniques are directed at increasing the utility while decreasing the size of high-frequency couplers, and are suitable for use with separate coupler or couplers integrated within integrated devices.

The first arm and the second arm detachably position the proximal end of the lead within the implantable medical device. A housing portion has a first deflection portion that deflects the connector clip from a first position corresponding to a first distance between the first arm and the second arm, to a second position corresponding to a second distance between the first arm and the second arm. Subsequent advancement of the lead through the first and second arms further deflects the connector clip from the second position to a third position, which transfers all of the spring force of the connector clip to the lead.

The totally enclosed main motor includes an outside air ventilating flue through which the outside air is suctioned from a suction inlet, circulated and then exhausted from an exhaust outlet. The totally enclosed main motor uses the outside air ventilating flue to release heat generated internally to the outside. One end of a ventilating duct is connected to the suction inlet and the other end opens toward the outside of the vehicle at the side covers. With this, it is possible to supply the outside air from the outside of the vehicle thereby enhancing the cooling efficiency.
