The invention discloses a cannon wiping
machine. A winding drum mechanism and a transmission platform which rises and falls through multiple sections of pushing rods are arranged on a bottom plate support, an air
pipe is wound on a winding drum, and one end of the air
pipe is connected with an air outlet of an air source box on a control device. The other end of the air
pipe communicates with a pipeline cleaning head, a cleaning part, a driving part and a supporting part are arranged on the pipeline cleaning head, and a driving device for driving the air pipe is arranged on the transmission platform. The pipeline cleaning head, a pipeline cleaning and conveying device, an
electric control cabinet, a liquid box and the air source box of the cannon wiping
machine can be detached into five components to be independently conveyed, and the requirement of convenient carrying and moving in field operation is met. A spraying opening channel is formed in a
piston rod, and atomized cleaning oilis conveyed into an air cylinder through an air control
reversing valve, a first set of air ways, and a second set of air ways, then conveyed into the spraying opening channel of the
piston rod through a one-way valve arranged in the air cylinder and finally sprayed out from a spraying head. A cleaning oil air-liquid mixed body serves as a power source, and through reciprocating movement of an aircylinder rod body, the
piston rod drives a rolling
brush and the spraying head to make linear reciprocating movement.
