The mold opening mechanism is simple, practical,silent, free of noise, small in occupied space and capable of being applied to molds of small products, an injection molding production machine table is small, operation and maintenance are simple, the problem that mold injection molding forming cannot be achieved since the space is small can be avoided for the characteristics that small products are provided with small inclined holes or invertedbuckles, the cost is greatly saved, and product production efficiency is improved.

A washer-drier scrubbing machine comprises a rotating roll brush (1) the surface thereof covered of spiked bristles (1') facing upwards and towards the centre in the proximity of its front portion; it is covered by a structure (2) the lower edge thereof, extended downwards and in the proximity of the ground is provided with a flap (F) comprising some aligned openings (3) oriented and facing the floorings. At the sides of the casing (2) and facing the ground some sprayers (4) fed with water-detergent mixtures pumped from a tank (6) are aligned. In the proximity of the sprayers (4) there are arranged as many diffusers of compressed air (7) which prevents the sprayed washing mixture from expanding outside the outline of said structure (2) and from being conveyed only towards the openings (3) and towards the rotating brush (1), or only, and not beyond, on the track along which the washer-drier scrubbing machine proceeds. The dirty water collected by the roll (1) is sent to a tank (12) through: a separator (8) which retains the high consistency dirt, an intermediate container (9) comprising a bi-helical screw brush (10) converging to the centre and a suction duct (11). The compressed air feeding the diffusers (7) is produced by a fan (14) the suction inlet thereof, arranged inside a tank (15), sucks and collects the dirty water collected by a rear parabolic floor wiper (16).

A potato planting machine matching with a hand tractor for use is disclosed. The machine comprises a big rack; a driving rack, which is used for connecting a hand tractor, is arranged on the front end of the big rack; ground wheels, which are used for moving, are arranged on the bottom of the big rack; a seed box is arranged on the big rack; a vertical seed transporting pipe is arranged in front of the seed box; a seed lifting shaft is arranged above the seed box, a seed lifting chain with a seed lifting spoon is arranged between the seed lifting shaft and one output shaft of a four-speed speed controller; a wood vibration preventing board is arranged on the side wall of the seed box behind the seed lifting chain; and the input shaft of the four-speed speed controller is connected to a ground wheel shaft through a chain. The potato planting machine integrates the functions of ditching, fertilizing, sowing, ridging and pressing together, and is capable of precisely lifting the potatoes to the seeding transporting pipe and sowing the potatoes evenly. The wood vibration preventing board can prevent the potato seeds from falling back to the seed box because of vibration, and thus the seed lifting rate is improved. The free adjustment of the row spacing of the potatoes in a certain range is achieved through the design of the four-speed speed controller, and the requirement of farmers is satisfied. The vibration and resistance during the work process can be relieved by the damping spring.

The invention discloses a novel pedal cover plate and an opening and closing control method thereof. The pedal cover plate comprises a closestool cover plate, a pedal mechanism and a buffer mechanism,wherein the pedal mechanism and the buffer mechanism are respectively in linked cooperation with the closestool cover plate, the pedal mechanism is operated and drives the closestool cover plate to move on a first stroke, and furthermore, the pedal mechanism enables the buffer mechanism to store energy; and the buffer mechanism releases the energy to drive the closestool cover plate to move on asecond stroke, wherein both the first stroke and the second stroke are movement strokes of the closestool cover plate in an opening direction or a closing direction. By arranging the buffer mechanism,after the pedal mechanism is pedaled, the cover plate continuously moves through the buffer mechanism; and by adopting a staged driving mode, the cover plate can be prevented from being quickly opened under the acting force of the pedal mechanism so as to prevent collision between the cover plate and a water tank or a wall, or the cover plate can be prevented from being quickly closed under the acting force of the pedal mechanism so as to prevent collision between the cover plate and a closestool base, thereby promoting the use experience.
