vehicle frame, the stepping motor drives the wheels to rotatethrough a gear set, the rotating mechanism is fixed above the
vehicle frame, the camera is fixed above a steering engine, and the
color recognition sensor is fixed in front of the vehicle frame; a plurality of road signs with different colors are arranged on one side of the rail at equal intervals and divide the rail into a plurality of sections which are numbered and stored in the controller; the stepping motor, the rotating mechanism, the
color recognition sensor and the camera are connected with the controller; and the controller judges the position of the robot
system according to the color recognized by the color recognition sensor and the rotation data of the stepping motor. The inspection rail robot device is simple in structure and capable of achieving the accurate positioning function and improving the accuracy of inspection work.
