The invention relates to a cleaning
robot. The cleaning
robot comprises a
machine shell, a
radar assembly and a driving
assembly, wherein the
radar assembly is movably connected to the
machine shell in a matched mode, the driving assembly comprises a driving piece connected to the
machine shell in a matched mode, is in transmission connection with the
radar assembly and is constructed to allow driving force with the variable protruding height relative to the machine shell to be provided for the radar assembly. According to the cleaning
robot, when it is detected that the front portion is aboutto enter narrow spaces such as a sofa bottom and a
bed bottom, the driving piece actively generates driving force for driving the radar assembly to get close to the machine shell, the protruding height of the radar assembly is reduced, the radar assembly retracts inwards, and therefore the height of the whole machine is reduced. When it is detected that the unmanned aerial vehicle leaves the narrow space, the driving part actively generates driving force for driving the radar assembly to be away from the machine shell so that the radar assembly can recover to the protruding state, and the surrounding environment condition of the vehicle body is obtained. Compared with the prior art, the radar assembly can retract inwards when entering narrow spaces such as a sofa bottom and a
bed bottom,the height of the whole machine is reduced, and the cleaning range of the whole machine is enlarged.
