metal dust. The device comprises a collecting hole, an overhang arm feeder, a dust removing chamber, a gas vibrating hammer, lateral gas inlets, an intercepting plate, an efficient dust removing cylinder and a gas outlet. After entering the dust removing chamber through an overhang pipeline feeder, dusty gas flows together with dusty gas entering from the side surface, and
dust particles moving in different directions collide, so that the
kinetic energy is reduced, the speed is decreased, the time of contact between dust and the dust removing cylinder is relatively long, and the dust removing efficiency is increased; by virtue of the relatively
low speed of dust, the
impact force caused by dust to the cylinder wall is beneficially reduced, and the
noise is reduced; meanwhile, by virtue of horizontal
wind force caused by lateral inlet air, the moving range of dust in the horizontal direction is relatively large. By virtue of theories that the
momentum is constant, and the
kinetic energy is reduced during the collision of dust, a vertical air inlet and a lateral air inlet are combined for use, and the streamlined intercepting plate is utilized, so that the defect that the
utilization rate of dust removing equipment is low is solved, the
noise during the use of the equipment is effectively reduced, and the damage to an equipment body is reduced.
