The invention provides a cytological intelligent auxiliary reading method and
system for a cervical fluid-based slide, and belongs to the technical field of medical
image processing. The cytological intelligent auxiliary reading method comprises: performing full-slide scanning, acquiring single-sheet full-slide digital
microscopic image; performing recognition and classification on the full-slidedigital image, labeling a
pathological cell region and an overlapping
cell region as suspicious labeling area, generating a search region centered on the suspicious labeling area; moving the slides tosend the search region into an imaging view field one by one, performing multi-dimensional three-dimensional imaging. The
system provided by the invention comprises an electrically controlled two-dimensional loading platform, a Z-axis moving unit, a slide
code reading unit, a
microscope, an imaging unit, three-dimensional imaging, and sending the imaging results to an
image processing console. The cytological intelligent auxiliary reading method and
system only perform multi-dimensional imaging on pre-selected search regions, not only provides complete 3D information, but also greatly reducesthe total imaging time of each slide, a pathologist has no need to browse the whole slide and search the
pathological cells, therefore the reading efficiency is improved.
