processing in the tobacco production industry. The wind distributing device controlled by wind pressure comprises an upper box body, a middle box body, a lower box body, a feeder, a
pressure sensor I, a
pressure sensor I', a material throwing roll, a
pressure sensor II, a pressure sensor II', a material conveying net belt, an adjusting valve I, a wind
pipe I, a wind
pipe II, a pressure sensor III, a pressure sensor III', an air regulating valve II and a material
discharge delivery
pipe. Wind pressure in three boxes of a wind distributing
machine is detected through three pairs of pressure sensors. Additionally, signals are fed back to corresponding fan frequency
converters. Therefore, the
wind field in the wind distributing
machine is uniform. Material is uniformly suspended. Material deviation, spirals and material accumulation do not occur. The best wind pressure effect is achieved. In the present stage, the wind distributing
machine is prevented from being controlledby
parameter control. Control is not flexible. There is an improvement space for wind distributing quality indices of products.
